a one star. yikes. careless and ignorant staff are not considerate of people’s possessions. i hit something on my way home from work in the wee hours of the morning and completely destroyed my front passenger tire. after getting the disgusting spare tire on that was mounted under the car, i used a roll of shrink wrap to package the busted tire and wheel for transport so i would avoid staining the seats and the mountain of my possessions packed into my van (i’m moving). i just got a new set of tires from les schwab so i was very happy to have the warranty cover costs for my tire. the tire was covered. what you are seeing in the pictures is the way les schwab returned my vehicle to me and the care that they took to make sure my vehicle and possessions were not damaged by negligence or lack of consideration. i brought my tire wrapped in plastic. they tossed the dirty greasy spare tire in my trunk (it’s supposed to be mounted under the car) right on top of my clothes and, ironically, the plastic wrap i used for my damaged tire. my clothes are stained. my carpet is stained. and i have to do my best to salvage what i can and mount the spare back where any competent tire repair person would have done it instead of throwing it on top of my clothes. i’m fuming mad about it and i have to think about what i can possibly do to get it fixed.

Three generations of my family have been happily going to Les Schwab. I've gone to multiple locations and each one always has provides excellent customer service. This location has been my go to for a couple years now and they've always taken care of me. I'm constantly on the road in all conditions for work and my hobbies so I have to visit Les Schwab quite often for maintenance. I've never had a bad experience and I can always trust the work done by the employees. Thanks guys!

Steven and the team were stellar. They communicated to me how to manage my flat tire then got me in right at opening time with the best service I’ve had with a tire company. Our construction outfit works in the thirteen western states and I have had many flats going through construction sites. Les Schwab continues to outshine the competition! Thank you Imbrie branch! You guys are awesome!!!!

Poor service. I took my SUV in for a front end inspection. I didn’t know specifics of what needed to be done, but I knew an alignment was needed and possible new front brakes. I asked the head technician to inspect everything and let me know. I get a call saying that I need new front brakes and cv axle units. I get all that replaced. When I go to pick up the car, the technicians assured me that they test drove the car and my issues were resolved. I leave the parking lot and within two minutes of driving my car is making this horrible noise. I immediately turn around and take it back. They took it back into the bay, the technician said they forgot to adjust the dust panels on the rotors. That technician said if he would have done a test drive he would have fixed it before releasing the vehicle to me. They reassured me that my vehicle was good. Driving home I realized that I still had the same issue. My vehicle pulls to the right slightly while driving and braking. I take it back saying it still has the same issue. The technician says they will take another look. They then say that my vehicle needs an alignment and new rack bushings. When asked why they didn’t bring that up before, the lead technician didn’t have a good answer. The manager was there for all of this and didn’t say or acknowledge our issue. This is very disappointing and will never do business again.
